No-payment preorder requests are open for all seven stories. A request is not a purchase and does not reserve stock. Price, postage, delivery coverage and estimated dispatch will be confirmed before you decide whether to buy. No payment is taken now or automatically later.
A clear total before payment
When direct ordering is available, eligible delivery options and the complete total will be shown before you pay.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw a preorder request at any time using your private link. If you lose the link, email requests@willowwickbooks.com from the address you used for your request. There is nothing to pay or refund.
Before the shop opens
Delivery charges, dispatch estimates, cancellation rights and returns details will be published before paid orders open. No delivery date is promised by making a request.
